Respected sir,
I am writing this mail to inform you that on 27th may 2022 i purchased realme X7 pro with order id (OD125047315070213000)mobile phone from flipkart and paid full amount of 30028 for the same, On the very next day i received the mobile phone which was dead on arrival(not getting on), At the same time i raised a request of replacement through my mobile. and flipkart sent a technician to my home. He came and checked the phone and approved the request for replacement. I waited for the next 4 days for the replacement. This morning I received a call from the E-kart executive (harish) from sahibabad hub stating that he will not pick my replacement product as there is no option to pick the dead on arrival phone, Then i visited the nearest sahibabad hub and contacted the manager of ekart for the same. he also denied by stating that flipkart provided them a checklist in which it was mentioned that they have to pickup working phone and if the phone didn’t turn on they can refused to deliver it. I request you to please provide me with a resolution for the same issue as I am not that rich and I am not sure that flipkart and ekart will help me. I purchased the phone through emi and I have to pay the emi for the next 9 month. I am not going to pay money for the dead phone.
