Dear team,
I have received a product used one.
I have initiated for return and refund but the pickup agent has not come to my place but in phone call only he is confirming that used product we will not pickup how he will confirm on phone it’s a used one while delivering the agent was told to my wife that the colour has been changed how he got to know that. Parcel is in toned condition.
These people only changed the product I have a doubt
