Hi team
I have ordered tops from meesho on 22nd August 2022 and on August 26th I received product from meesho but in app it was not updated as product has delivered and next day I have raised request for exchange I got message that once the product is delivered exchange request will be intiated and dilivery date was showing as 31st august and I called customer care and informed them about this issue hence team told me to send the received product images with Bill hence I did same after 5 days I app it updated as product was unable to deliver and returned to supplier and I got mail from team that issue has been resolved and team was asking me to order the product again which is totally wrong information and am not satisfied with the information given by them and I want to exchange my product as I have size issue kindly check and do need full
