Text of Complaint by Rajlaxmi:

Dear sir most respectfully I have to mention here that a mrf bat was delivered on 22nd March different from which was booked. I have requested return and was approved to be taken by 31march copy enclosed even after nos of reminder call was received that before 5april it will be pick up but message came that it was cancelled. When I again complain on 3rd April then and a Ema with 3 reminders all the message attached but then call came that it will be pick up by 10 April 23. Now today is 9th April how can be faith in your company that it will be picked up. This has made your company worst for bad quality products and even this type of service. Take it seriously all u will have to pay penalty for bad service
