I have purchase sofa bed and Form matters include in product details and I have received third class thermacol matters, So I request you change matters and send good quality form matters, If you can’t, then return the product and refund the payment.

All required docs attached for your kind reference and resolve the issue ASAP.

Note- I am waiting from a long time nut cancelled my request many times and not any solution from company side still
