I had purchased a fireboltt royale smartwatch(Black) on 25/11/2023 and have been using it . In October 2024 I faced an issue where the watch didnt turn on. I raised a ticket for its repair as it was under warranty.
The watch was picked up from my address and they later mailed me that they will be sending a replacement instead. I received the product and it was a totally different colour. It was in colour Gold, which I had not ordered initially or prefer wearing on my wrist. They have denied replacement of the same as it is not under their policy.
