Dear Team,
I have purchased IFB 7KG Washing machine on 10th Dec 2022 with the payment of 17382 but still Product is not approved nd my refund also not given to me. I got call from customer care that you have to wait for 24 hrs 48 hrs 72 hrs but still no any payment received from the team nd now just some time before 1 person call me from escalation team Ms Divya Sharma nd told me that now 10 more days you have to wait for refund. This is very poor customer service by flipkart as per my own experience. Request to pls refund my money as early as possible.
