I bought a compus shoe from campus online on 26 th September 2024 and 1st October delivered to me. On 5th October I return request online after a lot harassment they picked up product on 18 th October and after few day I got successful pickup message from Shiprocket and mail from campus and my refund process on and it completed 2 to 3 days. But still not refunded. I mailed and replies from campus that they refund next 4 to 5 working days. Last reply was 4 th November. But company not serious about customer complaint.
