I ordered a Garden Kneeler and Seat along with a small side pocket that attaches to the side. I finally in early July received the small side pocket with a packing slip reading “garden kneeler”. I immediately contacted the vendor through paypal and never heard any reply. On July 30, 2020 I filed a complaint with Paypal. Today, September 21, 2020 Paypal denied my claim because the vendor provided proof of delivery. All I ever received was the small side pocket, never the actual garden kneeler. What recourse do I have now?
