Sir,
I ordered samsung M33 Mobile of Rs.14499/- on dated:01.01.2023 my order ID is 1932701 after 13 days I did not get my product even when I call to Vlebazar customer care I got information it is not got dispatched so 14.01.2023 I canceled this order. I did not get my refund I paid this amount by credit card next billing cycle is 05.02.2023 as per conversation with customer care they give me refund time is 14.02.2023 please helpe here.
