Calling out Flipkart for the worst ever after sales/ customer service I’ve ever had!

I had placed an order for a sofa: Torque Moscow two seater sofa via your portal on August 23, 2022, order number:
OD125809331807759000, With a promised delivery date of Sep 7. I have still not received this order and every week without any explanation or reasoning I merely get an sms saying my order deliver is further delayed.

I have been repeatedly in touch with their customer care and they never have any reasons or resolution for this delay, or even have the basic info as to where the order is!

I am badly disappointed with this horrible service, and frustrated waiting endlessly for an order. If companies can’t keep track of their orders and their vendors, they should not fool their customers and waste their time and endlessly frustrate them.

It however, astonishes me to no end, to see how very simple the solution could have been, yet @flipkart has zero regard and consideration for their customers and instead of reaching out to me and apologizing for the delay, and offering a solution, I have to beg them to cancel my order every single day, to no avail!
