When i received the call of delivery agent i says to him please return or cancel the order but he didn’t explain me about the return policy and i wasn’t know also about it. He was says to me please share the OTP and i was given to him because i was busy in my work very badly and didn’t recognise all the things . The next day when i check the status of the second bottle dilevery i saw the first bottle was marked the product delivered but actually i didn’t receive the item even i was cancelled or wasn’t meet to delivery boy. I also complaint to there customer care or communicate to them but they are not solving my problem even they marked my problem resolved but in reality not resolved. This item was purchased by Flipkart pay later that’s why I’m so worrying about it because I didn’t receive the item or paying for it
