We ordered on bookmytab on the 4th of August 2020. We received only a text saying the order is confirmed. Promptly it was delivered on 6th of August 2020. However nothing that was promised on their website came home. It didn’t even have the words ‘wizpad’ on it. The configuration was extremely outdated and the box itself looks reused. Nothing matched what was on their website. I tried to contact them and there is no customer care available and it says easy return policy but I can’t find this return option. I only have an order no: 7940686232.

I would like to return this and get a full refund back at the earliest.
