Keen work boots, $98.00, used/like new

Five days later and six Amazon Reps. I am finally told the boots don’t exist.
Very frustrating and misleading. The boots were much needed for the day I was originally expecting them to be delivered. The final suggestion I was given (by the Philippine Rep, today) was to seek the boots somewhere else and continue to wait for the order to be shipped. If I do this I won’t need the original purchase. Someone should have informed me on the 21st or 22nd.
