I have ordered an electric cutter from shoppergrace website on 24 th nov 2022,I have received it to my address on 27th of nov 2022.The product since its opening is not working and I am unable to charge. I have paid it through cod.i am unable to raise a complaint against them as their phone number is not working neither their email.Thus ,I would like to stop others from purchasing this fraud products.
