I bought a robotic automatic vaccum cleaner from dealcarto for Rs:2999. They have said in their advertisement that it will vaccum away all the dust and mop clean the floor. But the product I got is not vaccuming dust and not mopping the floor . I tried to contact for returning the product , but they are not responding to my mail. It is told that there is 7 day refund policy for the product and easy returns . But there is no option for return in their site.
