Text of Complaint by Valentine Ilove:

On 09.03.2026 I received a parcel from LINKEUTECH LIMITED delivered by BG courier service SPEEDY. The visual product check appeared similar to advertised, but in reality it is not working at all. I’d like to return the product and to receive a refund of 28 EUR paid, but SPEEDY canoot proceed such request. LINKEUTECH LIMITED does not provide any contact information to place a complaint directly and thus I need of your help.
