hi Team,
I placed an order for MI handband and received it las Saturday. I did try to use it but the smart band wasn’t working and both the band were down. I did try to their number 8448445037 but no one to pick up the call and was getting disconnected. I emailed them in the very same day and received the auto reply. But no one contacted me as if now. I’m not sure if it’s a legal company or running a fraud as there are many companies are running in Delhi who are doing illegal operation. I would like to request to Facebook as well to verify the authenticity of the company to run their ads on their portal as I’m not going to use any of the Facebook company to purchase anything. And would like to request to help me to get the refund.
