I PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY M12 PHONE IN AMAZON ON 02-10-2021 AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 03-10-2021 .BUT I FOUND THAT THERE WAS SOME SCRATCHES ON THAT PHONE.SO I PUT IT RETURN ON 10-10-2021 AND THAT SAME DAY I CALLED AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE CENTER AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT REASON FOR RETURN THEY SAID THAT THEY RAISED A TICKET FOR RETURN FOR THAT PRODUCT AND THAT PRODUCT WERE TAKE IT BACK ON 16-10-2021.AFTER THAT DATE I CALLED THEM DAILY TO NOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF RETURN THEY SAID EVERY TIME WILL BEE SOON PICKUP THAT PRODUCT BUT TILL DATE NO ONE ATTEND FOR PICK UP THAT PHONE.FINALLY I REALIZED I WAS COMPLETELY CHEATED BY THEM. HENCE HERE I REQUEST TO YOU KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY AND LEGAL ACTION ON THAT COMPANY ABOUT MY COMPLIANT AND PROVIDE JUSTICE TO ME.I ATTACHED BILL INVOICE ALONG WITH MY COMPLIANT .THANKING YOU SIR.
