I raised return request 4 times and N number of times replied flipkart customer care about product refund request and customer care calls daily 4-5 times asks me elaborate…what hell people does in flipkart backend they cant check details of customer in there system and more over technician visted twice my place checked cleared data restored and given wrong feedback in his office ki issue resolved. Third time without my consent and technician visit direct return rejected. Finally fourth time again i reopened and issue must resolve on feb 24 but still not technician visited nor my refund process done. Isit the way flipkart plays with customer sentiments no time sense.. technician says i come and waiting whole day he not visit not inform. Its totally harassment and moreover of customer not satisfied why you ppl not understand. Its our right to refund or replace ..i spend 21349 my har earned money and bought on 31 jan 2022 and within timeline i raised refund still you people taken granted and i m kept my mob idle since 1 month paying big amount what nonsense flipkart behaviour dono.
I want resolve my issue and my refund else i go further takeup my issue higher level.
