I’m one of the flipkart customer, I recently purchased Samsung Washing machine on 18-7-2023 and the order got delivered on 19-7-2023. After installation there was some drum issue and leakage issue and I contacted flipkart customer service who redirected me to Samsung service centre. Samsung service centre assigned a tech engineer who visited and provided me the job sheet of the internal damage and redirected me to flipkart to file a replacement.
I have shared the job sheet on 25th and 26th of July 2 times before the seller replacement to flipkart and i have contacted till now more than 30 calls and yesterday the team has closed the case saying that the seller return policy expired and need to contact brand or I should pay and replace the parts.
I have raised the replacement request before the seller replacement end date and provided the valid proofs.
Also yesterday me and one of the flipkart agent and Samsung service agent was in call saying the order needs to be replaced by flipkart but the agent disconnected the call and even the senior lead was not helpful.
