I have purchased a leader spyder 27.5 cycle the product was not in the box.i have complaint several times in customer service but they didn’t responded from 1 months to till now.i already paid all amount via emi card.i requested so many times for product or payment but they taking too long time.and each representative saying different different methods to do.i have already given all the pics of boxes that I have got.i have contacted delivery channel also but they only saying that my work is to deliver box.no body is giving right ways to proceed.lastly I have complaint here.i am very harrashed from Flipkart even my child also.he is getting late daily.he getting punished in school.so please I request to resolve my issue.
