I ordered two kurtas from everything under 1k worth Rs2599 on 3 January 2024. Product not received yet. They promised me to refund but they didn’t give the refund and now they are behaving very rudely. Now they are not replying to my messages also.

I ordered for a customized lehanga worth 5k in mid of December. It was confirmed that the product will be delivered by Jan last as Inwas having a function on Feb 1st week. Got the product only on last week of February after calling them from dfrnt phone numbers and that too is the worst product I have ordered till date from an online site. Placed the order for M size and got L.
Lost my 5k.
Please don’t buy from this site anymore

I ordered a dress Everything under_ 1kbworth of 1088 in December month 2023, I have told her to get the dress before Pongal she said yes , then only i processed with the payment but i didn’t get for Pongal festival, every time and pleasing way asking her regarding update..but in mid of Jan she said workers fell ill so, will update i understood the suitation wanna to go in a friendly way so waited ..again in Feb month she said that I will get in 1st week later no messages and the customer care call is always switched off or not reachable, it’s been 3 months though this is my second purchase from them,
My first purchase is also I got after complaint and due to mutual understanding I have ordered another..done a big mistake ordering second time ..don’t know what to do …they are not responding to the messages in Instagram.. please send my dress asap or refund the amount…
This is their strategy I also order with them on November 18 2023 and till dated they dint provide the product they responded til 20 working days n they wil vanish … later thru a lady who liked her design I connected back with her after 2 months n madam dr minu raj & dr Arjun k mani who runs this page …. Kept saying order despatched without even proofing with tracking nearly 3 weeks same …… and later they started sending voice rudely ….. that I need to move legally to get product …. They r not refunding money either….. they r cheating many customers…… kindly pls help ….
