I ordered a phone which at first came 1 day late. But when it came the OTP which was sent to me and also the OTP which was on the application was given to the wishmaster but was wrong according to him. Because of that the wishmaster denied to deliver the product and told it’ll be either delivered tomorrow or today itself when new OTP comes. Upon calling the wishmaster again when new otp came the boy told the product has been stolen. We tried calling him numorous times but he ignored all our calls. I filed the complaint the same day and was told that by 30th i’ll get a resolution. Then 30th i was told resolution will be given by 31st. Again on 31st i’m told by 2nd ill get the resolution and todays 2nd.
I’m writing this after giving N number of calls to flipkart and after getting nothing solid in return but just a “sorry”. My money is stuck, the product is not with me, i have no idea what will happen and when will i get it. And after all this the product is showing delivered in the application. This Looks like a total FRAUD.
