Sir / Madam,
We ordered Saree online from Rudra silk website. We got delivery but surprised to see that the delivery received is not what we ordered. The product was totally different than what we ordered.
We replied to them on Wats app on which we have received their confirmation about delivery. But we didn’t received any reply to our query. We even try to call their given phone numbers but was switched off.
Afterwards we filed complaint on the email ID but there also we didn’t get any response.
We want our money back. We really got frustrated with what we experienced. It seems that this webis fraud website.
