I ordered an iPhone 14 from cashify on 19th June which I was about to receive on 23rd June .Today is 03rd July and I haven’t received my order.They are not even cancelling my order . I have paid Rs.58000 and still I am being treated like this .Customer support is useless they don’t know anything just fake promises and disconnecting. I tracked my order and it’s showing cashify have not submitted required documents for the phone.I am help less.Even if I want to cancel my order they are asking me to wait till it reach my doorstep then cancel and in 10 days refund will be given .My interest is getting accumulated.There is no help from anyone .It’s really wrong and I am feeling helpless.
