I had ordered a bean BLDC Fan of Rs. 2649/- from one of the e-commerce website named longway. The order was placed on 18 October 2025 and it was a prepaid order.
The promised delivery date was 5 May 2023 and till now i didn’t received the production. I had contacted longway customer care several times and requested to provide an update on the delivery status, surprisingly even the customer care team is unable to track my order and hesitated to provide me refund. Every time they were asking me to wait longer. ( untill the product reach). Today its almost 15 days passed and i didn’t received the product.
