On April 8, I placed an order for two dresses from an Instagram page called “D Couple Online Couture.” At that time, they responded very promptly and politely. They asked me to send the amount via Google Pay and provided a QR code. I transferred ₹1650.
They said it would take two weeks for the product to arrive. I waited patiently, but even after two weeks — even after a month — I did not receive the product.
The only way to contact them is through Instagram messages; there is no other contact information available. That lady turned out to be a fraud. After taking the money, she started behaving irresponsibly without any hesitation.
When I kept messaging and warned that I would take legal action, she responded saying the dresses would be sent. However, only one dress was sent. The second one was never delivered.
Now she is completely avoiding me. There is no reply even if I send messages — she has entirely ignored me.
I kindly request that immediate action be taken for the loss I suffered, the ₹1650 I paid, and the mental stress, and emotional distress,I have been going through. I sincerely request a prompt resolution and refund for the amount I paid.
