I have ordered one item published in Facebook in the name of IKEA and the product supplier was ENGSPY. I have made payment through QRCode they sent on 31st March 2023, they did not send the order so far and not replied for my mail. I’m enclosing my payment receipt and the mail which I have received from them. Please help me to resolve.
