Text of Complaint by Shailendra Kumar kausik:

Yesterday morning I ordered one product (
Amazon Brand – Solimo Microfibre Reversible Comforter, Order number -402-9164612-5200316) and it was one day delivery commitment. I ordered it just because few guest supposed to come my house and i believed that I will receive product on time. But it’s not delivered on time by agent and he refused my call. Even ur customer care executive also disconnected my call several time finally Mr Sandeep spoke with me but he told me sorry and said that product will deliver till 15th July 2022. I ask what is use of prime membership and service if Amazon people not helping to customer. When I ask for compansation ur executive disconnected my call and said that what ever I want do it. I ask if a customer give order any product from your website just because faith, service etc. But I think now days there is meaning of loyalty, service by Amazon.
I want compansation with my product which should deliver tomorrow itself
