On 27th June, 2022 at around 4pm i placed an order (a shirt) of ₹199 INR in a site I came across on instagram. I got the confirmation mail but there was no update about shipping or such for a week now. The names in confirmation mail (men’s shopper) and the account payment was done to (Kavya fashion hub) do not match. I looked up about the site and realised it was a fraud. As i’m unable to cancel the order and ask for a refund, i’m raising a complaint and requesting for the refund from the sellers.
