I have ordered a phone with account of mobile number:8801253588 on 14th may but I haven’t received the order, when I checked the status it showed me order cancelled on customer requests . With out proper intimation or msg how can u cancel the order..when I call for flipkart support , after all the conversation the customer support person simply escaping with given the solutions, answers to me. As u can hear our call record. This not the correct way of dealing with customers. Kindly take action on this and get a solution for it.
