Product not powering on in one month- fireboltt watch talk. Raised complaint with them 91693. After multiple follow ups and failed attempts to get support from their customer care writing here.
Have bought 2 watches 1 is working as that was my second purchase. Bought it after 15 days of first purchase. Should have waited more. Dint realize these are use and throw products. First one was bought for my son’s birthday due to his demand. Was a loyal customer of boat and really regret this purchase.
Will ensure I share my experience I all social media so that atleast people can be saved from the pathetic service I am experiencing
