I had ordered a pair of shoes. The product is very low quality, size doest not fit also. So I raised return request. After repeated mailing and contacting the helpline number since more than a month, there is no proper assistance. So I’m raising this compliant to refund my money and to pick up my product. I kindly request Tata Cliq to look into this issue and resolve as soon as possible
