Text of Complaint by Mithun:

A product i was buy but that was not working in good condition hence i was make request to return that then after 3 days i got notification that i was received replacement of that product but this is a big fraud because i was not present on that day at my home and also no onw there then was received that and how the delivery boy taken old one because that was mine after 3 days i had a request again for return that product that was cancelled after 2 days.
Then I had reuest again after 2 days then it was again fix for pickup old one and pickuped after 5 days and my refund amount given to me as flipkart giftcard so there is my
3 reasons please justify
1 1st time the replacement boy how can submitted replacement done without giving me replacement product and taken old one from me
2 Why my request was cancel in second time
3 And main reason why my refund amount given to me as flipkart gift card

So please there is provide me all the point solution and my refund amount should be in the form of amount not in gift card

Hence i will pay my flipkart payletter amount and please also explain why my flipkart payletter amount become extra while its geneual charge different its not my mistake its your team doing big fraud why am i suffer
