Text of Complaint by Pratik Pandey:

I ordered Samsonite bag twice from Amazon website and every time product is not getting dispatched. I brought this to a notice of Amazon via customer care but no action is taken on the seller and nor on the leadership team who promise me to call back and resolve the issue. Its being more than 10-15 days (it happened twice)
