I ordered ceiling rodes on amazon on 12th april, order id 406-3487327-3263541.

Not even dispatched since now, even I am unable to cancel the order.

I called amazon multiple tim3es, did multiple chats, even raised on twitter. But no help. No one is willing to help, and product is in same status – ready to disptach.

Please help.
