Placed order on 21 june 2020, the amount was deducted immediately but product was not shipped.

Afterwards tried to tack the product but tracking ID is not generated till date, website is unresponsive. No customer care grievances department.

Mailed my issue at support@shopbiz.in but mail ld provided was not receiving any mails, incorrect mail id
