Ordered for a Thomson 40 inch television from flipkart and paid as prepaid order. Order id is OD226338386902219000. On 29th Nov, delivery executive brought the TV for delivery, before opening the box for delivery, he scanned the QR code and updated the status as delivered. but after opening the box it was found damaged. He took the television back saying I would get a new replacement television. but the status is updated that the order is delivered. called up customer care and complained the thing. But i didnt get any solution. Getting different responses from different executives. Till now i have not got the Television nor money. Flipkart is the worst service provider.
