I have ordered SEEDS2Oil S2O-2B Comfort Oil Extractor Machine For Home (Gold, Silver, 450 Watts) on 13th August 2022.
Amazon committed to deliver the product between 17 Aug 2022 and 19th August 2022.But on 14th August seller contacted me over WhatsApp by sharing the invoice copy and he told me the product will be delivered on 12th September 2022 without fail with brand new seal. The seller was being in touch with me in WhatsApp till 14th September 2022 by providing updates on order tracking number truck driver Number. After 14th September 2022 seller is not responding. Then I started contacting Amazon customer service they are asking me to take refund but I requested them to deliver the product. Every time they are committing within 72 hours my issue will get resolved but it didn’t happen.
On 29th September i contacted one of Amazon leadership person she is forcing me to take refund saying they cannot help on product delivery if seller is not responding. I bought product on emi and I paid the first emi also that’s what I am asking them to deliver the product.
Please help me in this issue to get the ordered product
