I had ordered a Levis Sweatshirt with order ID
OD125642157930600000 on Aug 04th 2022 which was supposed to be delivered on august 07th.
But the product has not been shipped yet!
I am unable to cancel/ change the address of this product.
Despite several follow ups with the customer service executives, they are not able to solve the issue!
Kindly solve the issue.
