I ordered a customised product for a function, I strictly followed them. But they didn’t take my calls and messages. Strictly said that I need the product Dec 20. But they didn’t dispatched the product I braught a new product from shop. I get the product after 1 week of function so I refused to collect the product and return it. I asked for refund they ignore it
