I have made a Realme phone purchase on 26th Aug 2022 which was suppose to deliver on 29th Aug (order ID- OD125836598429201000).
The team is not making any progresses despite calling them amd wasting my time over phone calls.
Their escalation does not care at all and they just drop a canned copied response that we are looking into it and all.
The resolution date was changed to 3rd Sep then to 5th Sep and is happening thrice in the last 2 months.
Two times I had to cancel the order. Also, there is no human connection or personalization from their escalation team, feels like they DO NOT CARE at all.
