I ordered for a puzzle for my kid. While delivering item the delivery person told product is not available and my amount will be refunded within 2 days.
Till now I have not received the refund.
Any support is telling it’s past 3 days to do anything.
This was there fault that they had sold out product in their app. I paid in advance for it. So it was their responsibility to refund on time. It was not my job to follow up for refund.
I want my money to be refunded or product to be delivered
