I have ordered firebolt invincible plus gold black silicon smartwatch on 9th may costing aprox ₹3864.
They have couriered it from ecom company since 9th till today i.e 25thmay product is shown in transit and its moving all over india first it went bhilwara then Went jaipur third destination was nagpur again came back to jaipur then went bassi and currently it is in bhilwara again. Courier company have mentioned four time that product has been misrouted in tracking .I have made complained regarding this to fire bolt company on 14 th may. From last 11 days they are telling same thing that wait 24 to 48 hours product will get delivered to you. At last on 18th may i said them to cancel my product as they are unable to deliver and provide me refund. They said they can’t cancel as product is in transit only way to cancel product is that you cancel it at your doorstep . On 21st i told them that product is again and again getting misrouted pls cancel my order as product is not coming to my doorstep and provide refund. On 22nd they accepted my request to cancel my product but not cancelled it. They told me that we are mailing courier company to cancel the shipment and return back product to their warehouse once we will get conformation from courier company that will return back product to warehouse and once product will reach warehouse then only will provide you refund. Today also i made call to firebolt customer care and told its been 3 day i have requested to cancel order but cancellation is not done and parcel is roming all over india when will courier company provide conformation that product is cancelled and it will be retured back warehouse. They said we dont know that when will they get conformation you have wait till we get conformation. Fire Bolt company is just not taking responsibility to handover goods nor providing refund they same answer every day on mails and call pls wait for 24 to 48 hours we provide resolution since 11 days i m getting same reply from their end . Nether they providing me watch nor refunding my money. They have simply eaten my hard earn money.i have lost my money . I still fighting with them but i guess i wont get any solution. I request everyone pps never buy anything from fire bolt website they are fraud instead buy from amazon Flipkart etc .
