I have ordered two tops from shopwalkin and paid rs.798online.They have sent a payment confirmation msg after that no response at all.No further messages, no tracking id or no reply to the mail. When I called the customer care he sent me a form and asked to fill which asked card no.expiry and CVV. He tried hard to convince me that there is no problem in entering those details. When I disagreed to fill it, he asked me to download an app called ‘Anydesk’ and asked to share the code. Seeing that the app is insecure I didn’t share the code .Then he told that he will refund the amount through Google pay.But I haven’t received any refund yet and gave me a number from which he will be sending the money .On further search I realised that that number was also a spam.
