I have ordered the Bosch washing machine on 16th of January. It was delivered on 20th of January. But Installation person came on 23rd January and said that machine is defective. Hence I returned it. But I received the product after almost 1 month on 12th of February. Bosch technician came today on 16th of February. Even today also installation person found it damaged…I am fed up with this worst service and faulty products. I paid for the product on 16th of January and even after 1 month I am not getting the proper product.
I have found on Google that Products delivered by Omni Tech Retail sellers are the worst…this seller sells faulty products… delivery of my product is delayed by almost 1 month(including replacement order time) .So now decided not to purchase the product. I need my money back with proper compensation as Flipkart has not delivered the proper product in time and the hardships which I had faced due to your worst platform service.
