I raised compalint many times on icarry panel and mails and phone call continue since last 20days but they sent it in investigation like always. They dont do any solution for delivery and everytime say wait for some time. At the end they will not deliver and say parcel lost and not pay any claim for it. I suffered many times befores. Icarry no provide service to their customer as they said at the begining when we open account in their panel. I talked to destination courier hub center they sent me parcel image and accept that parcel in their custody but they said that ask to icarry to remove investigation remark then they will deliver but icarry said they dont know where the parcel is.
Please take a action and help me to deliver the shipment or claim for my goods. I am attaching image of tracking.
