Hello,
i had placed an order for Bluetooth speaker and Smartwatch from Gallen Plaza online shopping website. The Order was placed on 30th October, i havent received the products ordered neither got an update on my multiple emails sent so far. Amount has been already paid and i am concerned if i have been cheated.
this is really unprofessional and unethical. if they cannot deliver the product، they should atleast refund my money.
