I have made an official complaint on the day I received my package.
Boat really needs to improve their customer service.
I had placed my first order for a smartwatch. To my dismay, I received an empty box with an used black plastic wallet case inside the box. I had immediately sent an email with all pictures and information, but haven’t received any response.
This kind of fraudulent activity has to be put on social media platforms.
It’s disappointing to note such a poor customer service.
